You got it. People with an education and money are never going to move to Louisiana. New Orleans gets some but thats not Louisiana.

If the people who still watch 60 Minutes move to Louisiana, it will go blue.

Stop appropriating our culture; I don’t want to see any more restaurants offering Cajun dishes outside of Louisiana. They never get it right, and it’s cultural appropriation.

That's where you're wrong. There's plenty of engineers and other technical professionals in the petrochemical industry that move here from other States because of the pay.

Those "educated" Yankees can stay away. We can see what they do to States and cities with their shite takes on politics.

There are a bunch of them. We escaped Illinois two years ago now. Never been happier.

Weird, because CBS Sunday Morning News yesterday was in New Orleans and featured stories about New Orleans. 60 Minutes...also on CBS. Someone giving $$$ to CBS to promote them on the network?

Some of the news leadership at CBS has ties to Louisiana.

David Begnaud is from Lafayette.
Wendy A. McMahon is an LSU grad. She is leaving CBS because of the “tensions between the network and President Trump.”

I dream of New Orleans ruling over all the backwards coonasses… and the even more backward North LA Bible Belt. Hell I want to rule over Mississippi too

60 minutes is a piece of shite show that has been caught MULTIPLE TIMES editing stories for effect and/or outright making shite up.

Welcome to new age media. Its hard to find any news outlet that doesn't make up or add to a story from time to time.

I remember back in the day my daddy used to watch it religiously. And I still watch it, but its one of those things.. If I am home and don't forget about it.

Dude is a musician. Its no different than Slash from guns and roses having his hair covering his face wearing that black hat he wore. Or any other musician who has their own style.

I’ve been everywhere in America, and everywhere between everywhere. To me, no place beats Louisiana. It has a soul to it that makes life more fulfilling here.

We can be criticized for a lot of things but being bland is not one of them.

Tell me more about the extreme competency of New Orleans' Sewerage and Water board and how this should be an example for other communities to follow.

You’re right. With your tax base leaving you’ll become Haiti.

Once all of these foreigners realize that every little municipality has a few types of LEO's in them that view citizens as ATM's, they will GTFO.

Yet there's over 50 billion in mayor projects announced for Louisiana.

Test scores in K-12 rapidly moving up

These 2 things alone will at least help La stay at status quo, if not improve the tax base.
