Exactly.

I don’t understand how so many try to use these examples to minimize or discredit actual victims.

Women's organizations should rain down hard on girls like these. Seriously making life difficult for the many that are sexually assaulted.
However, my guess is that if a women's organization were to make a statement, it will be of a passive aggressive nature of "We should all be aware of all women's issues and difficulties."

You want to stop this shite. Pass a law that if someone is accused of sexual assault and the supposed victim is found to be lying. They by law will face the same criminal charges (time in jail and fines ) that the accused would have been sentenced to if he had committed the crime.

It would have to be an insanely high burden of proof that the girl maliciously fabricated the story. It can be that the male was found not guilty. The reason imo it has to be very detailed is that if it isn’t, no one will ever report actual abuse by a rich or powerful man for fear of retribution by a layered up opponent.

Cases like this boil my blood for all the reasons listed in this thread prior to my post

You can't put a level of proof on this because of hypothetically what might happen. If it is proven it is proven you can't put stipulations on it that is stupid liberal stuff there.

These little bitches should spend years in jail for this and they and their parents should have to pay restitution to this guy and his family.

I agree in theory - but also wouldn't want to have a law in place which would make someone who had an attack of conscious not come and admit to lying because of a giant jail sentence.

Fair argument, but you can't reward someone for telling the truth after the fact. Let's say it is years later and the accused has spent time in prison or lost their job or even been barred from their profession by the false charges or convictions. Their has to be a way to punish the one making the claim.

Definitely should be some sort of charge, something along the lines of perjury or some restitution to the victim.

Maybe if found by other evidence to be a malicious false accusation - huge charge (like for the ones who didn't admit to lying), but for those who recant something more mitigated.

And those girls should be subjected to every punitive measure this boy was x2. I'm legitimately concerned for the safety of boys coming of age today. The pendulum has swung so far one way, just a hint or suggestion of wrongdoing is all that's needed to ruin a boy's reputation.

Create some sort of category to the sex offender program. "False accuser" and have her register for a certain amount of time.

That, plus she has to have sex with the person she falsely accused.

The ends always justify the means, amirite?

Title IX protects men as well as women, gays, and transgenders. It's far time to remind people of this via our court system.

Vicarious Liability is real. If that's my son, I'm suing all the parents of those girls. I'm not one to threaten lawsuits, but this shite has become unreal.

The local DA also declined to press charges against the girls, even referring to them as victims.
