Why make the comparison?
Do you think false rape accusations do something to stop real rapes? Why can't both be vile and disgusting. There is not a question criminal equivalency in the mind of a rational person.
It can be argued 5 girls cooly conspiring, then executing a plan to ruin the life of a person can be as vile and damaging as an actual rape.

But you aren’t insane. You and anyone who makes this argument are dishonest. Hypothetical example: you have twins, a boy and a girl. What would you rather happen?: He gets falsely accused, or she gets raped? We all know which one we’d rather happen. Don’t be silly.

live a public life and a private life
if accused of rape even if its found that the allegations were false , people like you will attack him for the rest of his life

I don’t know, I mean I just linked a story of a poor guy who will die in Angola due to a false accusation. Someone in this thread was falsely accused. I know a woman who falsely accused someone. I’ve represented defendants who were quite clearly falsely accused. This entire thread is about 5 girls who falsely accused a guy.
There’s no way for anyone to know how many accusations are false, just as no one really knows how many rapes are unreported. But to act like it’s a rare occurrence is naive. It’s about as naive as believing the absurd statistic that 20% (or whatever ridic number it is) of college women are raped. As if LSU is Nanking.

What a stupid hypothetical. I’d rather my son not get falsely accused of rape and wound up in jail for a decade or two known as a rapists (now likely to get raped) before some bimbo says it was all a lie. Do you not understand the lasting affects of being falsely accused of rape? I’d also rather my daughter not get raped. Your intellectual dishonesty knows no bounds. Both of your hypotheticals are deplorable and for you to even give someone the option just shows how subhuman you are.

Nah, you’d rather your son be falsely accused because even then he has virtually no chance of being convicted (if he didn’t do it) and because the other choice is your daughter getting raped.
