Live about 15 miles east of poplar bluff. It was a good one. And definitely the biggest we’ve felt here in a few years.

Thank God they clarified this was in the states. Otherwise I would have thought it was in Eurasia and the world was falling apart.

Imagine being a Communist and living in Georgia, I don’t know how you pull it off? Says the ignorant frick who’s probably never set foot in Mo. other than maybe STL. in his entire Commie life.

It’s close to Eastern Kentucky AND Western Kentucky. But what about Central Kentucky?

If you’re not aware of it read about the earthquake in this same area on Feb 7, 1812. Caused the Mississippi River to flow backwards for a few hours. Crazy strong quake. Would be devastating if same quake occurred today.

earthquake insurance sucks.
My earthquake rider I had with the first insurance company I had when I bought my house only paid 10% of any damage. About 7 or 8 years ago the company I'm with now notified me my earthquake ins. was being dropped. I never looked for any more.

can't wait for the climate change references.

But if it is raining heavily when that earth quake happens the insurance company is going to say you needed flood insurance.

There were multiple earthquakes over a 1+ year period and a lot of aftershocks. Arguably the worst earthquakes in US history. One of the quakes made Reelfoot Lake.
