Went to Baker’s Cay (Hilton) in Key Largo the week after thanksgiving this year. They were running a special for 25% off daily rate and a $50 resort credit per night of stay. Room rate was around $300/night, beachfront, partial ocean view. Place was near empty the first 3 nights since everyone left after Tgiving. Plan to do the same next year also.

Book a food tour on motorbike. Was one of my favorite things I did there. War Remnants Museum was interesting. Independence Palace was really neat as well.

Hyatt Centric is. Central Station is also nice. Even with close proximity to Beale, I would suggest using Uber rather than walking.
