Calgary over Vancouver is a joke, that place sucks in the winter. Toronto being on the list at all makes the entire list a joke. Toronto blows arse.

Im pretty sure you have to do heroin to be allowed to live in Toronto
I have never been to another city where I have seen someone do heroin in the streets in the middle of the day
I saw it happen 3 times in Toronto It kind of gave me chills

The list was composed by someone who never visited Calgary anytime but in their very short midsummer.
Either that or he/she/both/neither didn't notice the electric plugs sticking out of the cars' radiators to keep the motors from freezing while the owners were at work.
I know the city well, and my family knew Edmonton to the north. I still have my grandmother's sealskin coat which was a necessity for the four-five months of the year below freezing.
My Canadian list, not that you care, would be Victoria, Halifax and St. Johns.
Either that or he/she/both/neither didn't notice the electric plugs sticking out of the cars' radiators to keep the motors from freezing while the owners were at work.
