I love it when I went to Vancouver for work this past June...it is an awesome city....BUT, talk about a major homeless problem that are drug addicts...and the cost to live there is outrageous.

To be fair to the list, as an expat my life is much different than an average citizen. Petty crime is my only worry. They don’t value life but don’t take it unless there is a personal grudge. The men love to fight... including abuse their women at a horrible rate. Corruption like you wouldn’t believe. Lots of opportunities to get wealthy if you don’t have much to risk. People do very well if they work hard to fill a gap in the economy... and there are lots of gaps.
