Regret not doing: I can't believe I'm admitting this, but I kinda regret not having kids. I'm 54 and my wife and I have plenty of nieces and nephews, but none of our own. No point in lamenting it though. My brother's youngest ensures the family name continues at least one more generation.
Glad I did: Waiting until I was 34 to marry the right one. She's been perfect. (Of course, I knew she was the right one when I was fourteen. It just took HER 20 more years to agree that I was right.)

Making the mistake of thinking because family is most important, then job provides for family, then one day years ago waking up with job and no family. A little more value little on the simple things, still enjoying but less value on " big" things

Maybe shave just a little time off the career stuff and put it into time with the family/kids. Although I was pretty cognizant even then of the importance of family so it's not a big regret.
There are maybe a small handful of instances where I would be kinder or more empathetic to people in specific situations - more cognizant of how a friendly word or gesture can matter to some people. Conversely, there might be a person or two that I would have written off sooner knowing that for some it does not really change their trajectory.

Not getting my private pilot license and flying everywhere like gramps, dad and uncle.

Speaking of the title, I don’t regret signing up for the student rodeo for I think it was $20 to ride a bull. fricker flipped me over and his cut off horn went into my shoulder.

I always wanted to do the Gloucestershire Cheese Roll when I was a younger man. Looked like fun.
Thing I'm glad I did: Pray at the Western Wall. Talk about feeling like a spec of dust in the scheme of things. powerful experience for me.

Skydiving - not doing it now for sure
Why? If nothing else just do a one tandem jump. My wife grandmother did it in her late 60s. She had seen video and pictures of our jumps over the years and we finally convinced her to do it. We got one of our friends to take her who was tandem qualified and she loved it so much she went three more times before she died.
I regret not learning to fly rotor-wing aircraft. It was one of my dreams as a kid and the Army said I couldn't see well enough... but I think they lied.
The thing I am most happy I took the time and effort to do was climbing 6 of the 7 summits. I am saving the 7th for when I turn 68 if I make it. The reason for the strange age is it was the age my father died. I expect it to be cathartic.

I rode a nasty bull in HS and skydived a few years ago. I would also like to do one of the nascar driving experiences and that would check off all of my boxes of crazy shite to do.

Climbing the mountains of his life.
My personal mental squaring up, as it were.
God willing.

DO IT! You will love it and always regret it if you don't. When you do it, be thankful they don't have a credit card scanner in the car or you would have the card maxed out by the time you climbed out of the car.
Can proudly say I averaged 168.4 MPH at Atlanta MS in 1998 when I did it.

I regret not parachuting in my 20s. I had a back surgery at 31 so parachuting after that would be a very bad idea.
On the plus side, I played a shitload of ultimate Frisbee, rock climbed, snuck into places I wasn't supposed to go, hiked and camped in true wilderness, rode horses so hard you'd think I'd robbed a bank, and made love to my wife on a Caribbean beach that hadn't seen humans in weeks. My eyes have seen more than most, but still I want more. Its been a great life but its sad that most of the physically adventurous stuff is behind me. So thank you AND frick you for bringing it up.

Regret not doing: moving out of Louisiana, traveling more, investing more in retirement (none of these are huge regrets, more just thoughts on how things could have been improved)
Glad I did: 100% glad that I got a divorce even though he is the father of my children
