What is one “realistic” thing that you older gentleman regret NOT doing during your 30-40’s and/or one thing thing that you are glad you took the time to do during that time?

Glad- adventures with my kids and coaching them in sports.

Regret- worried about finances for retirement less, should have been more set it and forget it person. Don't think it will make that much difference in 10 years.

Definitely not riding a bull. I had 3 friends in high school decide they wanted to be bull riders and attended a buck out. Two black eyes and a broken nose later they retired from that endeavor.

There's not a day goes by I don't feel regret. Not because I'm in here, because you think I should. I look back on the way I was then: a young, stupid kid who committed that terrible crime. I want to talk to him. I want to try to talk some sense to him, tell him the way things are. But I can't. That kid's long gone, and this old man is all that's left. I got to live with that.

I rode a bull at the LSU Rodeo thing back in ‘06 or so. I was absolutely shot drunk and couldn’t believe they let me pay 20$ or whatever to do it. I told the professor of my tropical horticultural night class about it and the other 8 students and him came to watch. Was hilarious

At the age of 18, after first hearing the Allman Bros live, I should have packed my shite, moved to Macon and become a part of that phenomenon (not as an artist, for sure)

At 30 yrs old, I realized I was killing myself landscaping and making very little money. I was offered a job in product sales and though never having been in sales, knew I needed it to raise my family. It was the wisest thing I’ve ever done.

I guess I could’ve had two chicks if I didn’t piss off my bi ex-girlfriend. She was down for it.

I went back to school. I regret it every day and I also wouldn't change a thing. Academia is crooked but what I am going to do just can't be done without it.
