It’s getting worse... increased accessibility from the Charlotte Ave. side allowed for a downward slide. Lots of drug activity. I sold property near the Parthenon a few years ago at the height of the market boom and consider myself lucky to no longer have ties to Davidson Co. Without divulging too much info you can see needles in the hospital parking decks and parking lots in that area all the time. The park is full of mentally ill / homeless.... East is also very bad... plenty of those that moved to the area of the past few years have become acquainted to the danger of their new neighborhoods

They just don't know when to stop talking and invoke their constitutional right to a lawyer.

Most definitely not a hunting area. This is minutes from downtown. It is very weird m, without more details. As someone mentioned, this spot on 440 is a clusterfrick on Saturday afternoons, let alone @ 6:30 in the evening in a Thursday night. No way it went unnoticed. The sound? Maybe. The car losing control and coming to a stop on the side of 440? There isn’t much to stop, at all, on that road. This is in the Green Hills part of Nashville. There must be to the story.

Truly, you must "emphatically" demand a lawyer, so really you should say you "demand a lawyer" for it stick and count.

I watched Season 1, Episode 1 yesterday on Columbo. TV and movies have taught us so much about what is legal and illegal. Columbo was all over the place, and people were all too willing to talk themselves into giving up their guilt or allowing unconstitutional warrantless searches. I laughed.
