(BRPROUD) – 22-year-old Lucas Terral Kelly, of 7324 Menlo Dr. is in custody facing multiple charges relating to a recent deadly crash that killed two people on Kenilworth Pkwy. 21-year-old Corey Des Marteau, of Weeki Wachee, Fla. and 24-year-old Joshua Perry, of 10139 Glen Arbor Ave. were killed in the accident. The crash took place a little before 11 p.m. on Saturday, March 13. Terry is facing these charges: 2 counts of Vehicular Homicide 1st Offense DWI Reckless Operation Kelly was driving a 2010 Subaru Outback when the deadly crash took place.

One of the deceased was dear to my family and was an absolute force of nature. I don’t think I’ve ever admired a young man’s energetic mind so much. A truly special young man from a special family who would have accomplished tremendous things had this one second of life gone differently . I and many others will remain in prayer for his family and all who knew him, his months-old daughter, wife, parents, sister, in- laws- etc.
