Well yeah, sitting in a cafe in Florence isn’t the same as clubbing in Barcelona.
That’s like saying you had a fantastic brunch in San Diego, so clubbing in Tijuana should be a go.

If you are drunk at 3AM, a surprise attack around a dark corner with an experienced criminal (or group) would disable you with ease. They rob you, beat the shite out of you, throw you in the backseat of some car, and it’s game over. You are 20 years old, have just been beaten and kidnapped, and now are essentially lost in a foreign nation.
Again, none of this is surprising. This isn’t about illegal immigrants or some grand conspiracy. These stories happen frequently.

Probably considering foul play at this point. No woman is missing at this point I assume? Gut tells me this is a foul play sort of thing. Not saying I wouldn't have walked away with a dark haired woman at 3:00 that I'd met in a club while on spring break in Europe. But as a full grown adult? That choice is suspect.

A body has been found at sea and it’s believed to be the body of Jimmy Gracey.

Wonder if there was any cash in his wallet that they found? If so, then probably not a robbery/murder and just a drunk swimming accidental drowning.

What is it with drunk young men and water?
I am going back to mid/late 90's maybe and the "Smiley Face killer." Drunk male college male. Midwest area. One I remember specifically in St Cloud, MN.Wintertime. He went out of the bar and went to the river. Went through a hole in the ice. Numerous tracks nearby and a Smiley Face drawn nearby.

So still to be confirmed whether it was a purely accidental drowning, but that is the current line of thinking.

You realize that many of the Muslims in Europe are black right? If you don’t see any black immigrants in Europe in the big cities then you are full of it. They are everywhere in the prime tourist areas.

I’m curious if this could have been a scam, girl walks a drunk guy out of the club and dares him to swim in the water. Then steals his phone and wallet? But he was found with his wallet. Why was his phone found first and still usable?

I went to Barcelona for Mardi Gras, we saw a few Muslims (mostly taxi drivers). But we did hear complaints about them. A tour guide, waitress, and Customs Officer each complained about how bad it has gotten the past few years. What was interesting the Customs Officer was from Norway.
