no, but if someone goes around being an a-hole for clicks and clout, it breaks no law to not reward them for it and put them in a memory hole. Many of these "auditors" aren't even filming officers, they're just agitating strangers.
There's a big gap between what's legal to do and what's socially desirable to do and if there's a way to not normalize people filming other people to antagonize them for internet content I am in full support of it.

I won't pretend to speak for everybody in the thread.
But free speech does not just apply to speech people find favorable. It is supposed to protect even the speech some may find vile or objectionable.
Once you head down the slippery slope of saying some speech is "OK" and some speech is "illegal", you no longer have the freedoms that our republic was founded on.
This is a pretty simple concept that our Republic was founded upon and I am curious why so many people here have trouble with the concept.
