Yeah, '76 was a lot worse for big Pharma, for sure.

It depends on your viewpoint. Yeah.. if you like people walking around with their noses stuck in cellphone 24/7, the inability of people to think for themselves lest they be ostracized, the constant fearmongering by politicians and media and the ever more intrusive government and big brother... then yeah... we are much better off today.

Amen.

Just don’t attach names/labels to this post.

Not really. Some things are better now, some were better back then.

I mean at least make an honest heat map for 2026. It’s basically over 90 degrees except the PNW and well into the upper 90s in a lot of places. Well above average everywhere, just like it’s been every summer for the past 5-6 years.

It doesn’t have to be political to admit it’s hot as shite basically everywhere and mid 90s is miserable weather. It’s wild and telling how ate up some of you are with politics that you tell yourselves it’s not miserably hot for 6 months a year now.

Don't know where you were in 1976 but I was between the legs of the hottest blonde from the quad. Objectively incredible in comparison to just about any other moment of my life.
