I dunno...parameters seem quite different. At 15, beer was illegal for me but getting a friend or friend's brother to walk into the store and buy was a handy solution... Much more frequent a scenario than buying weed... and I never heard of a shooting in these situations.

Well, the 2 victims were white. The shooters identity was not revealed in the article. So technically it might just be the fault of a white person lol.
