The only reason I'm poking you with a sharp stick, is that you act like you're revealing some hidden secret. Like you're in the possession of some private, secure knowledge. It only makes sense that you're going to be killed by the people that you are around. Since we naturally segregate to those we are like, that's the only way it's going to happen.
That and you take all this stuff seriously, and for the most part, a lot of us don't.

The kind of people that sell weed and drugs aren’t the kind of people a 15 year old should be around. I’m wondering if he paid for the weed and the driver took off and didn’t give him the product? He was being drug along while he was partly inside the vehicle. They shot him to get rid of him.

This is true, but there are caveats in the data. There are hundreds of thousands of instances of interracial violent crime per year. Usually numbering around 800,000 documented cases. About 80% of the time it’s black on white violent crime and only 20% white on black violent crime. This is all data from the Department of Justice. So when it happens it’s overwhelmingly black on white violent crime.

Speculation, no one knows with certainty it was a weed deal gone bad. It could have been a FB marketplace robbery as well.

One thing that could make it pretty definitive:
Does Southdowns have trash pickup on Fridays? If not, pretty hard to see why he would be taking out the trash
