Unreal.

15yr old kid living in Southdowns apparently went outside around 10pm to meet some guys n front of his house to buy weed i.

They shot him and then dropped him in the street in the same neighborhood.

Black gun culture continues to ruin BR.

According to the news report at 6 yesterday, reporter said she saw a video of the kid talking to people in a SUV, then the SUV dragging him and he was shot in the neck. Sounds like they tried to take off with his money or phone and he reached in the SUV, then they shot him. Teen's name was Suhib Yousef.

There is ZERO excuse for a 15 year old to be murdered. But, you also put yourself at an increased risk of such when...

I doubt one is dealing with upstanding, high integrity, people in this situation....even if there are hundreds, maybe thousands of similar transactions that take place on a daily basis.

Sure it is...when you aren't interacting with drug dealers.

It's not an indictment on the neighborhood. The neighborhood is fine. It's the risk you run, in ANY neighborhood, by interacting with people who you know have zero moral hang up about robbing, harming, and if "reasonable" (very low bar) killing you.

There is a certain segment of society that is fine with killing you over even the slightest indiscretion. That should not be the case. But, unfortunately, it is. Don't increase the risk of that potential by interacting with them.

I've never seen a drug deal gone bad framed this way.

Right, Carolyn Donham just died peacefully in her home with family. You would think her righteous societal members would reject her living in their peace loving Louisiana community but they never said a thing.

a 15 year old kid buying weed from likely another 15 year old kid he knows from school?

ETA: is it speculation that this is over weed?

At this point, it should be recommended to completely avoid interaction with those people.

You lay with dogs, you get fleas. Unfortunate this kid was killed before maturing enough to fully grasp it

If truly over weed, another reason why it just needs to be legalized.

It’s not going to be legal for 15 year olds in any event.

Black gun culture continues to ruin BR.

Maybe Salviati can get ITT to tell us thug culture killers infiltrating BR proper is not a problem, like he did in the MOL shooting thread.

How about blame the kid for buying illegal drugs. Most crime is done to people participating in criminal activity. Avoid criminal activity avoid most criminal issues

Interacting with low life drug dealers is a decent excuse to get murdered

As JerseyTiger famously said “I am 100% sure this will never happen to me.”

the over-the-top misinformation ‘medical’ legalization push over the last decade removed the stigma and had a whole generation of kids wrongly thinking weed is beneficial.

When it’s the opposite. Trashy hippie pot heads should be ashamed.
