How about blame the kid for buying illegal drugs. Most crime is done to people participating in criminal activity. Avoid criminal activity avoid most criminal issues
blame the person being robbed and murdered.

is there any evidence he lives in Southdowns?

Security video from the scene shows Yousef taking out the trash late Wednesday night before an SUV pulled up to him, at which point he walked to the driver's window and was dragged more than 250 yards down the road.

The deceased's age, coupled with the fact that Liberty HS is a few mins away, there is a strong possibility he lived with his parents in Southdowns.

kid talking to people in a SUV, then the SUV dragging him and he was shot in the neck. Sounds like they tried to take off with his money or phone and he reached in the SUV, then they shot him. Teen's name was Suhib Yousef.

Zero chance they don't catch the criminals.

they state in the video/article that he lived on Poplar which is right in Southdowns, his parents reported him missing then they found his body down the street, in the street after he was taking out the garbage and was confronted by a SUV he seemed to recognize

how is this any different than a 15 year old buying alcohol from a stranger?

The obvious answer is in the rate at which drug dealers kill people vs. random strangers who are asked to buy alcohol.

I will always find it so odd how some people can be offended by pure factual statistics

And for the record middle eastern isn’t a race. The race would be white . Somehow I think that pure fact may offend you too

Yep, totally agree. While the 15 yr old wouldn't have been able to go to a dispensary and buy it, he likely has an older brother, cousin, or cool uncle that would hook him up.

I blame this death fully on the alcohol and tobacco lobbies.

If they knew each other it doesn’t really make the neighborhood itself more dangerous. The richest neighborhoods and gated communities have murders of known parties.

What makes neighborhoods inherently dangerous on the change of random acts of violence

According to you, all I would need to do is to hang around with people who are of different race than me... my own self..

That would GREATLY reduce my chances of being murdered..

Break it down to me. What makes you so angry about the pure no opinion fact that 8/10 white murders the murderer is a white person?

Why does that cause you to act like this? It’s like watching black peiple freak out when you give them the lure fact blacks let capita commit more violent crime

and no, you absolute moron. The reason you are far more likely to be murdered by someone of your same race is because that is who you hang around and associate with and the majority of murders aren’t random

This is an extremely easy 3rd grade concept to grasp

It's not an indictment on the neighborhood. The neighborhood is fine. It's the risk you run, in ANY neighborhood, by interacting with people who you know have zero moral hang up about robbing, harming, and if "reasonable" (very low bar) killing you.

Yep. Son of a family friend was killed by an acquaintance / drug dealer near the Tulane bars. Kid was an architecture student at UL-Lafayette and had a bright future. His was the most gut-wrenching funeral I've ever attended. Very thankful that our kids made it through that phase unscathed.

If I told a black Democrat black people are the most violent statistically I would expect them to react and behave exactly how you are to this simple fact as well

Get loud, post randomness, attack, and provide absolutely nothing of substance

Based on BRPD not putting a picture of the SUV out, they probably already tracked it down.
