Scruffy highly doubts that a 15 year old who has resorted to robbing and killing elderly women will be rehabilitated.

You needed to make a political point out of her death 12 hours after this tragedy?
Yes
A 15 year old killed an elderly woman while trying to rob her
A woman who has probably worked her entire life & contributed to society & her community
Nothing is being done in BR about crime
Why is a 15 year old robbing people?
Where did a 15 year old get a gun?
I doubt it’s his deer hunting rifle
His parents or guardian needs to be charged with a crime
Either they are responsible for him as a minor or he needs to face charges as an adult with his name released to the public
If he doesn’t have health insurance he should be given a bandaid & round of antibiotics
The taxpayers shouldn’t foot the bill for his care after he killed an elderly lady

Scruffy’s skepticism is well founded.

Thanks. A co-worker who lives in the same area had a pistol stolen out of his car last week by a young teen. Scary stuff.

Scruffy’s skepticism is well founded.
Scruffy wonders what percentage become productive members of society.

Probably stolen. Happened to my parents house and outside of one pistol all the guns were shotguns and rifles.

Only a "Morel Ave" and that's over off of Antioch.

Well Scruffy is intellectually curious and seeks the truth . Sadly , the establishment response to such atrocities usually involves a cliche that rhymes and a lecture to productive people about how we are failing “ the community “.

Until we as a society can purge the systematic racism that exist across this country we will continue to have these issues with the youth.
It starts early as their oppressed generations before them didn’t have the opportunities to build strong communities with strong values. The result is a generation with no self worth. If they don’t value themselves, they won’t value others
I hope you can all do your part and donate to these great organizations

I hate to say this about a 15 year old, but I wish he was killed.
I am also glad the husband was at least able to shoot him because it needs to happen more when people try to break in someone's house or goes on someone's property to steal something. Make these cocksuckers think twice before they decide to try to rob someone.. But then again, this was a 15 year old with a gun. He is probably too god damn stupid to care about potential risk.

"The teenager was shot" and then his mother sued the family for medical care expenses.

Yeah exactly this. If he'd rather kill an old lady than just run away, he probably doesn't give a shite about his own life, much less others.

Put the parents in jail as well..... no way this is his 'first" brush with the law... probably should not have been walking freely among us in the first place.
