Old enough to be tried as an adult.

His name is definitely coming out after DA charges him.

I agree. A kid that age is old enough to be tried as an adult for murder.

I find it hard to believe a 15 year old was out doing this by himself...there has to be an accomplice.

I bet the gun was obtained through that pesky gun show loophole. We need stricter gun laws

Me either. There are plenty of thugs that age out burglarizing vehicles. I would assume that's what he was doing here.

I find it hard to understand why he hasn't been charged with illegal possession of a firearm(under age for handgun possession) or possession of a stolen firearm and criminal trespass

from what person in that neighborhood has said - he was not alone...

This is sad, I feel for older people, not the boomers, but the generation before that.
Thats horrible.

not exactly the hood.

That area is rapidly becoming "hoodish" with all of the apartments and tract housing being built along Tiger Bend/Antioch/Jones Creek Roads.

Yeah, a lot of trash has infested that area but most of us know good people that live in that general area (shenandoah) and they shouldn't have to worry about getting killed in their garage. If it can happen there then it can happen anywhere.

I live in the area and have had things stolen from my carport. It's just a matter of time before some "child of color" gets whacked by an irate homeowner who's tired of being robbed.

Nope. I used to have baseball practices as a kid many of times at the park behind there.

My son, too. It was mostly lower middle-class white folks who lived by that park. Things changed after Katrina, though.

Skin him then throw him, alive, out in the street where he’s from. Let the other trash get a look and maybe reconsider.

I wonder what the common denominator is in all these killings?
