$10 million for defamation, and $5 million in punitive damages for Depp v. Heard; however, the punitives will be reduced to $350,000.00 by statute.

She got in one verdict in her favor and was awarded $2 million for it. Not that it matters. I doubt Johnny Depp ever sees a dime of the $15 million and he doesn’t care. This is what he wanted, it was never about the money.
