Some companies will allow you to make minimum student loan payments via credit card if you call and coerce them, but they won't allow you to pay it in full.

I would like to add that transferring a balance to a credit card with the intent of having it dismissed in bankruptcy isn't a new idea and it is something that gets investigated and will land you a fraud charge.

He's also the reason that during my bankruptcy it was a nightmare to short-sell my house to avoid foreclosure. That process is also much harder to do b/c of assholes abusing the system. It took me almost as long as bankruptcy to get my old house short-sold. Bankruptcy and Short-Sales are tools for people in desperate times facing things out of their control like when a wife leaves you and steals 3 months of mortgage payments and doesn't pay the car note for which you were the primary borrower. Then nails the coffin by forging checks to clean out your bank account(no longer joint).
It's Not for assholes like my friend who want a career change or others who are being a general piece of shite like BanannaHammock.

This is absolutely true. I had a friend paralegal at the attorney I used for Bankruptcy. She hammered it into my head to be straight as an arrow on all my documentation and statements.
But, the trustee did do one nice thing for me. They valued my second car(shitty car for pizza) at blue book value. I got a mechanic to diagnose all the shite wrong with it and got it knocked to 50% of BB value.

I know this has been brought up before but is it even still possible to go to an online casino, deposit $1000 to get a bonus %(usually $100-300), bet the bonus half on black and half on red, cash out(provided you didn't get fricked with green)?
I did this twice in 2000 when online casinos were brand new. got $400 out of casinos, then one check bounced and I never tried again. My buddy did but got kicked off the site and his original deposit refunded for "abuse of bonus program" or something.

Up until fairly recently this is why this hack would work, and may still work on some airlines. I suspect it won't work on all now though. I know for certain it won't work for one of them.
