Anyone interested in the history of stone lifting and the historical stones in Scotland like the Dinnie stones there is a good doc on youtube called Stoneland.

It is similar to a trap bar deadlift from (high) stands. She is so short her lift is "just" the finish of a heavy squat in terms of the major muscle groups. That isn't to take anything away from her because her grip strength has got to be unreal, despite her being able to start much more vertical than a tall man (like most of the Strongmen) so it is easier for her to do the actual lift her hands have to hold the same weight. Despite her height giving her an advantage, it is an incredible feat to lift over 5 times her weight even a millimeter off the ground.

That's extremely impressive and congrats to her for her feat, but how did she make history? Is she the lightest woman to ever lift them? There have been four other women to lift the Dinnie Stones before.
