14 yo son just got letter from cia after he applied there

He is taking all advanced classes, smart guy, they offered a chance to visit capital to talk to CIA officer, scholarship money, tour of building, any of y'all do this or kids maybe have done it, what can he expect?

My buddies son got in with the NSA like that. They paid for school and he was doing an internship whenever school wasn't in. He's gotten a first classes education and experience that's going to really open up some doors for him.
