The statistics are calculated based on a per 100,000 basis.
If Scruffy remembers correctly, New Orleans outclasses Chicago.
Chicago wins in pure numbers, but NOLA wins in the statistical comparison.
Chicago’s is ~16/100,000
New Orleans’ is ~40/100,000
