What is his past medical history? Judging by his gynecomastia, he’s lost a lot of weight lately. Weight loss due to illness, better diet, GI procedure? I would not call a 13 year old boy with bigger breasts than the typical prepubescent 13 year old girl “health”. Feel bad for the kid, but the “healthy” spin in this article feels disingenuous

So you want to take the most extreme cases of Covid and compare them against all cases of the seasonal flu? Yeah, that’s a fair comparison.
