Don't you get a 12 for getting your name correct? Also, depending on years I think it ranges from 16-18 if you put C for every answer lol.

I fricking love all the grown men under anonymous usernames on here bragging about a score they got on a test in high school and lieing about it at that.

I love how no one on this website believes someone can get higher than like a 21 lmao

That was your adjusted score by grade. My daughter did this same ACT program/test in 7th grade. Basically it's a curve based on how well you did considering the math and science you have not taken yet.

The ACT doesn’t curve the score. The program may curve your score but whatever you score on the ACT is your score.

Well, the ACT score percentiles are public data. A 21 puts you in the 58th percentile. That's not much to brag about, but that does mean there are a lot of envious ditch-digging smoothbrains out there to slam the downvote button.

Personally I had a 30 composite. I was proud of my 36 perfect English score, but I had a shite 24 in science because I panicked at the end, filled out the last 10 or so bubbles, and turned the test in and ran out of there.

Family member made a 34, full ride to a great university, everyone had such high hopes for him. . . now a fricking drug addict, can't hold a job, can't stay clean, in and out of rehab.

Sometimes hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard.

HOWEVER, a 12. . . that's pretty pitiful. Please don't send this child to college (even with open admissions). It'll be a complete waste of time and money.

Well, her parents don't have to spend money on college, so that's a plus.

My daughter has a friend who allegedly made a 9 in her junior year. So it’s possible. Interestingly, she decided to go to cosmetology school.

I think that students give up too quickly after making a bad ACT. Granted this friend will probably not hit the high 20's, but with practice and tutoring she could make the mid-20's... which will qualify for a few automatic scholarships.

My daughter made a 28 in her sophomore year, she took the ACT 3 more times in her junior year got stuck with a 31 on two, and finally made a 33... which will cover a majority of her college tuition. Sorority feeds and living expenses...that's another tuition...

They decided to add on an "experimental math section" for me and that is my weakest area. I took the SAT in 7th grade and got a 14 something

I made a 29 and was not taking it seriously because I was looking at all the fine women taking the test at the time.

Are you saying people who make a 36 will die early?

I embrace how unlikely this is coming from Pooturd

Not so unlikely considering I got a 32 the only time I took it. That time was the morning after being out partying till 3am and waking baking then taking 2 strawberry mescaline on the way to the test.

Some people test well, others not so much.

When I was in high school, there was an offensive lineman who made a 9. When he took it again and got a 10, the football team got together and threw him a double digit party.

Needless to say, his career as an offensive lineman did not extend into higher education.
