Why can the heat index only be used when it’s hot and the wind chill only when it’s cold? Up to 172k homes without power in Nashville. Ice accretion stopped for a bit, but has started again. Still lots of moisture yet to come, and temps have topped out.

Only in certain markets where they have a Fox owned station or a distribution deal. No affiliates in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.
Texas has some and Georgia does too because they have major markets where Fox owns a station.
But if you have internet it is available as a free to air streaming service.

I was watching them overnight, they did a great job.
No issues in Austin other than a glaze of ice on everything. My brother and parents look like they lost power around 4:00a in Shreveport.
