Tim Brando was raving about him on the radio. He thinks he is going to be the QB of the future.

What I know is this….. if the current future Saint QB is not currently on the roster and we hope to find him in the draft….

It would take at least Two (2) 1st round picks and a 2nd round pick to position yourself on the draft board to take a flier on someone you HOPE becomes a franchise QB

wasn’t special at South Carolina
not really setting the bar high here, but he did play a part in our X receiver being drafted in the 1st round with an OL/rush offense ranked in the top 135 of FBS programs and our 2nd leading receiver catching a measly 37 passes for 317 yards.

But please continue pretending to be knowledgeable about the situation.

Book pick was just bad. Haener was a solid sleeper pick. I like his potential, good development qb. Same as Rattler. Even if neither work out, didn’t cost much.

Sounds like every QB at OU

He would make for an amazing comeback story.

This and media never have to admit they were wrong. If he gets cut next year, most people will have forgotten they gassed him up.

Reminds me of Mitch Mustain. Like, he SHOULD be really good but something’s not clicking. Yet everyone is enamored of the potential.

Rattler's case is nothing like Mustain They were both big recruits but Mustain never flashed any ability in college and barely played after his transfer.

He isn’t as good a prospect as Haener

I'm thinking this, if you can't produce on a consistent basis as on the college level you probably won't in the pros.

This just in: Media is “obsessed” with polarizing figure that will draw clicks to their platform.

It has nothing to do with him being better or worse than Haener, Book, or even Carr.

It has everything to do with talking about this guy’s potential is more exciting and draws more listeners than talking about Carr, Haener, etc.

Remember the guy from Michigan who was inconsistent, that the Pats took a late round flyer on? Some guys just get their shite together later than others.

And some guys never get it together at all.

headache?

Please don't put rattler and book in the same sentence. One has all the tools you look for in an nfl qb. One was a complete waste of a good 4th round pick.

really goes to show no matter how much many mock the star system, you do get a ton of mileage out of being a 5 star.

These fools still think Shame-us and Teddy were the real answers here. The media is a joke in this town and the fans are shamelessly ignorant.
