What’s the season w-L looking like at this point? 7-10/8-9? Or worse?

I can’t see them truly going 5-12. Would be a shocking failure

Probably like 3-4 wins. We got really lucky in games down the stretch last year. We aren't beating the Panthers this year. Staley and Moore coaching combo is atrocious. The scouting is terrible and we wasted an entire draft on random backups and injury room warriors.
Shough is really good. Juwan J has emerged as a top 5 ish TE. Olave is really good. Vele is a piece. Banks is a good left tackle.
The entire rest of the roster absolutely sucks.

I mean we put up 24 points, albeit with a garbage time component. A decent kicker and could’ve put up 30.
Frustrated with Moore and the offense but with a little distance the offense did enough to be competitive. Look around the league. We gave up 45 points with no defensive or special teams touchdowns. Second most was 34. No one was else gave up more than 30.
No offense in the league would’ve been competitive in this game with what our defense did. That won’t be the case every game just because it’s statistically impossible. Even if we’re bad all year and average 27-28 points per game allowed we’ll be competitive in a lot of those and get to 5-6 wins.

I’m guessing 5-12 or 4-13. This teams looks like it sucks pretty bad in a lot of areas.

A regression from last season with a full season of a franchise QB. At that point, why even continue with Moore? But we will for probably a few more seasons at least because the ownership and front office are spineless, heartless and gutless.
