I do remember in that Bengals game in 2006 that flea flicker was still one of the most well executed plays downfield

Horn had like three guys on him I think and Brees threw a pass so deadly accurate that it hit him in stride for the touchdown

My only hate of Joe Horn is the team he chose to end his career with.

They are 2 different WRs. This is like starting a thread asking why everyone hates Willie Roaf b/c some think Jahri Evans was the better Olineman. And most of the posters reply saying they love Willie Roaf but OP just ignores it and starts throwing worthless stats out there while arguing with himself.

Eric martin is before my time so excuse me if you choose him.

eric was great. a great possession receiver.

as was COLSTTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON

who had great size for fades in the RZ and slants using his size as leverage.

neither had great speed.

keep melting though over false narratives that we do not like joe horn.

Horn oozed confidence.

I want to say it was the 2001 season highlight real real by The edge pro gel. You remember those back in the day?

He had a quote on the sideline saying " Aneuas can't cover me"

Talking about Aneuas Williams who had started to play for the Rams after he had played years with the Cardinals

Man Horn and Willie Jackson used to kick the Rams arse almost annually

So, you think that someone saying Colston or Thomas were a better WR means they hate Horn?

You might be retarded.

FWIW, I think Horn is better than Colston or Thomas. I loved Eric Martin.

He was different and I think he'd be different even today. He combination of quickness, strength, and hands were off the charts. He was pretty damn slow. It's hard to compare him to someone like Horn, IMO.

Joe Horn played Tip Toe through the Toulips with Big Willie Roafs first wife

This forced the Saints to have to honor Roafs trade request.

He played with Aaron Brooks they played with Drew Brees absolutely no comparison

This is exactly what Im talking about you even put thomas ahead lol. The numbers are similar outside of 1 season and Horn played in a much lesser situation.

1. Horn did play with Drew Brees in a year they went to the NFC Championship game.

2. Joe Horn played with Brooks who is the 2nd best QB in Saints history. So under your rational, Quinn Early is the best Saints WR because his QBs were Wade Wilson and broke down Jim Everett.

3. Joe Horn put up some garbage time numbers later in his career with the Saints. Same with Brooks.

4. Thomas has the best reception percentage of the four I named at 76% catch percent. Next is Colston at 65%, then Horn and Martin at 57/58%.

5. Horn was a speed guy. Colston and MT13 were more complete WRs and better at getting separation and tougher going over the middle.

Colston and MT13 were better than Horn. If you want to say Horn is better than Martin, that can be entertained. But he’s not as good as the other too. Your rational is too simplistic.
