I thought no NFC south team had either since the division was formed. Or did Carolina end that recently?

One of their division championships was 7-8-1. That was an awful year for the South.
We're going to tie them for most division titles this year though, despite their 3 straight.

Yeah that was 7-8-1. It was a pretty fricking pathetic year (2014).
They somehow turned it all the way around the next year and had one of the very rare 15-1 seasons in nfl history (only 6 in about 40 years), only to blow the SB to a Manning that was very nearly benched because he was so awful.
