Don't really like this. Unless we really get lucky Cooks would have contributed more the next couple of years than whoever we get late in the first.

Whose fault is that? If they weren't gonna give you Butler you walk and keep him if necessary.
Don't trade him just because you waited forever and then panicked. I doubt Tennessee pulled their offer, they still have no WR.

It's awful because now they're going to HAVE to go CB instead of just being able to focus on getting a pass rusher then going BPA.
Not to mention we also need a safety. This would have made sense had we snagged a decent CB in free agency, but we didn't
