So someone having a different political opinion from you is disrespectful? NFL players are entertainers but they are still human beings with opinion not mindless robots who live to serve you.
This is dumb. People don't expect them to have the same political opinions. In fact, it's assumed that they won't. Therefore, it's probably not a great idea to interject those divisive issues during the game to people who are paying to see football. By definition, they will have half of the people disagree with them.

You cannot be mad at people not in politics using their platform to speak out on political issues when you elected a president who did the exact same thing.
That's even dumber.

I was booing bc I knew we wouldn’t get a first down in the 3rd quarter. Fix that, Sean

Didn't realize they were kneeling "during the game."

No. I'm going to go and boo the hell out of them when they interject politics.
It's not reasonable to bring a divisive issue up out of place and expect those that disagree with you and those who just dislike the issue being raised out of place to not voice their displeasure.

Same thing that was said about the 1950-60 restaurant “sit-in’s”. Non-violent protest seem to gain steam in this country.

His job is to make sure the boos are not for the product on the field.

That product on the field is injecting politics into the game. Is that accomplishing one damn thing? What it is accomplishing is divisiveness. WTG Coach Tool

...which is a good thing, right?

I'm curious how people can't just watch the game. And ignore all the pre-game stuff they don't like. I've watched every saints game so far and red zoned most weekends and I've seen maybe a combined three minutes of television time devoted to kneeling.
You can just wait until 12:02 to turn the TV on, you can mute it, you can flip to another channel. The only reason "politics" are being injected into the actual game is if you want to it to be

It is inarguably making changes. It has been the most talked about issue by millions of fans of the NFL, and the NFL and other organizations are going to put funding towards this. Makes you question who is really stupid.

Towards what? The federal government has spent trillions on assimilation with little improvement over the past 60 years.
What exactly are you anticipating?

Stupid comment.
The whole idea is to make people realize an injustice, it has nothing to do with the flag. Trump supporters, those that disagree with them, as you say, are the ones who need to be woke up about the injustice, which is why they are making a public statement.

Yes the county’s acknowledgment of unjust treatment is a good thing...if that’s what you were asking.

Which is? Police killing black people in some disproportionate manner? No study has backed that up, in fact one recently released by GWU shows it's not true.
Some sort of overwhelming prejudice? How is it then that millions upon millions of black Americans are part of the middle and upper middle class?
