Is this team 2-10 or 10-2?

By the pessimism of some of you guys, I'd think we're playing for the first pick in the draft. This team is looking at the fricking first seed in the stacked NFC, have some goddamn faith. It's pitiful

Some fans here, the smart ones anyway, look at a team with a lot of holes and questions that could be even more exposed come playoff time. The way we have lucked our way to some victories is concerning.

Our only holes are at WR. The only other blemishes are the penalties. Just because we aren’t blasting the doors off every opponent like the 49ers or Ravens means to you we aren’t as good.
You are what your record says you are. We are 10-2. We had double digit leads against Atlanta and Carolina that were squandered because of penalties and uncharacteristic special teams gaffes. This is the same team that blew out Arizona and Tampa. People need to chill the frick out until after Sunday. Then you can either bitch or sit down and shut the frick up. We are 10-2. There are no false 10-2 teams in this league. You earn your record unless you’re stuck playing the Bengals and Dolphins

The 2009 champions needed luck to beat the Miami Dolphins and Washington Redskins then lost 3 in a row to end the season. Good teams catch breaks sometimes. When we sucked we didn't catch those breaks, we lost.
This is still the same team that was a go ahead score away from going to its 2nd Super Bowl but with a better defense and more depth across the board. I haven't seen any team in the NFC that we can't beat. All of them have flaws.

also had a narrow victory in the 2nd game vs. Atlanta that year.
26-23.
difference is Atlanta was a better team that year. finished 9-7.
they only have three wins this year one of which was against us of course.
the thing that pissed me off the other night was the special teams and the damn onside kicks. What are the odds a team runs three successful attempts in a row? I know was called back for a penalty but that was ridiculous.

The majority of NFL games are decided by one possession. There is no such thing as luck, rather preparation meeting opportunity. The good teams win games consistently for a reason, hence the reason the saints are 34-10 over the last three seasons. There are teams who already have 10 losses this season. There are some true retards in our fan base who think winning in the nfl is easy
