Is Kamara the #2 rated RB going in to 2019?

Number #1 Saints hater Maurice Jones Drew has him ranked 2nd just behind Barkley.

Top RBs in 2019

With Ingram gone I think Kamara is poised to have an even better season than last year.

Kamara about to dominate the league. 2019 will put him in legend status. Explosion imminent

Honestly I put him at 3.

Zeke
Barkley
Kamara
Gurley
Bell

In that order

This. The top 2 don't split carries as often as Kamara does. We will find out how much Lat Murray will eat into his carries. If Kamara gets 80% of the carries and the same amount of passes, he will clearly become the number 1 guy.

Zeke has been dominant for a few years now while Barkley killed it last year despite a crappy OL and old Manning. I’d put Kamara at 3.

I'm surprised MJD put him that high. McCaffrey has been getting a lot of love and I have seen him rated as high as #2 behind Barkley

As talented as Kamara is, which to me there a wide gap between he and the next tier of backs (healthy Gurley, Bell, Elliot), Saquon Barkley is just on a different level. He is a freak in a league of freaks. He’s like Barry Sanders and Earl Campbell combined.
He ran a 4.4 40 at 233 lbs.

As long as Saquon Barkley is healthy Kamara’s ceiling is 2. That’s nothing to be ashamed of as Barkley is a generational type talent.

It’s cool to see a bit of a comeback with the franchise type running backs lately.

LOL at Devonta Freeman all the way down at 29. That's hilarious.

I love seeing the Falcons "stud" RB behind reclamation projects and rookies.

I know Barkley is good but I think he's going to be a bust compared to what people are expecting of him this year. In fantasy he's clearly looked at as #1 but he literally has nothing around him. Look at what he has:

A QB that is well past his prime and can't throw much better than his brother when he retired.

A WR with no Odell Beckham Jr. and now an injured Sterling Shepard.

Literally Barkley is the only offensive weapon they have and everyone will be able to zero in on him.

Kamara is going to blow away Barkley this year and have a huge year.

Zeke leads the league in rushing 2 out his first 3 years, would be 3 for 3 if not suspended 4 games.

He's #1

We need Murray to provide useful reps and a legit number 2 option to arise from either Meredith cook smith etc so we don’t run him into the ground like last year while Ingram was out

I don’t think it’s lack of ability. I think it’s can his body hold up to the heavy workload? If his body can take the touches then he will be a top 3 RB

But he’s not as thick as Saquon or David Johnson or Zeke. He’s not small by any means but I just worry if his body can take being the starting RB. We used him a lot in those games without Ingram and he was a beast but it also seemed to take a toll on him physically
