I’m not. I didn’t expect is to get to the Super Bowl to be honest. Niners are the cream of the crop in the NFC. They were smart enough to make a move in Sanders when we were content with what we have.

I honest feel a sense of freedom. Last year was so deflating it's gonna take years for most us to recover from that. I felt like this team overachieved this year. But we'll be back

I’m upset. Should have been 3rd and goal from the 14, maybe they still score and maybe they don’t.

But if they did score and did it in a way that was 100% legal, I would feel a lot better.

Same reason I was so upset last year. I’m big on officiating taking away CHANCES. Just like they took away the chance for us to run the clock down and kick a game winner last year, they took away the chance for us to get a stop on 3rd and long.

Totally okay with this outcome...

This team wasn’t good enough to go deep in the Playoffs.

It’s been a fun season overall; anyone who watched and was being honest with themselves knew this Playoff run would be very brief.

My friends and I talked before the playoffs and we gave our percentage of faith in the Saints to win it all. Mine was 0%. I’ve had no faith in this team all year and they proved why today. Too inconsistent. Too flat at times. Certainly believed their own hype.

Team needs an overhaul.

I mean if someone lets this shite get then that upset after the call last year and the ridiculous disparity in penalties all year I don’t know what to tell them. Not even a conspiracy thing but it’s a sport that is Run and officiated by grossly incompetent clowns with no consistency.

I expected to lose. 3 seed meant they had no chance anyway.

Call a spade a spade. Saints are not elite. Neither is Minny. Drew was running all day. Saints DBs way too soft. Hill/Thomas are beasts. I would’ve lost giving the ball to Hill.

Doesn’t matter. GB would slaughter Saints

I'm just numb to it at this point. After so many heartbreaks u just become used to it. I knew this was a loss in the third quarter.

Same here, I was actually switching between watching the Saints and catching up on The Mandalorian because my mind was thinking "yep, I've seen this before, this was a loss".

Like others said, maybe this doesn't hurt as much because I don't think I truly ever believed this was a Super Bowl team. Especially not after the 49ers loss. Last year truly was a Super Bowl team.

Not saying we won't have some lean years lol Kamara and Lattjmore have been really disappointing this year. But I don't anticipate a blow up or rebuild

Nope.

This was not a Super Bowl team and it showed today.

Saints were lucky to win the games they did this year.

I also could care less. I could care a whole lot less. But unfortunately I care more. And it hurts.

At the end of the day that’s what it’s all about for many of the players. Gotta get they shine on and stunt on them hoes and get that camera time.

Even Michael Thomas started dancing after completing a basic catch with 58 seconds left in the 4th quarter (while the clock was running).

Gotta get that ME ME ME camera time

100% in agreement. The no call broke me. I’m somewhere between a casual and die hard fan now. Idk what you call that. But I’m moving on with my day now. Just don’t care enough to sulk

I wouldn't say broke me, but it sure opened eyes to "oh, it actually is a fully rigged fricking league and nothing will ever happen to stop it". Then seeing this season where the Saints are like -28 on first down penalties but GB is fricking +40, and +25 over the nearest team, yeah. They don't give a shite to hide it any more because the most obvious screw job no call in NFL history was swept under the rug by 31 of 32 teams and they got what they wanted.

This ending was just another big frick you to the Saints. Plenty enough there to review it, even if it stands. And they could come out and say hey, both were hand fighting, it's normal, we didn't think it was enough to call it. But nope, just silence and a big middle finger to the team that got fricked so hard it made this rule in the first place.

Call me when Riveron and Goodell fall off a cliff.

The Rams getting in the playoffs instead of the Saints in '04 broke me. Ever since then I have expected the Saints to get screwed or to screw it up. I did not get upset after the Vikings loss two years ago, I was a little upset after the non call last year but not THAT upset, and this year I just do not give a shite.

I made the thread we were losing at halftime so I’m not upset at all

Anyone who knows game flow and things of that nature knew what was going to happen

Winning a SB broke me from getting too upset, 2011 loss to 49ers was the nail in the coffin.

This. 20 years ago I would be in a corner in the fetal position right now. Today, I’m moving along to LSU.
