IF Jimmy Graham had stayed with the Saints he could have been a top 10 TE of all time.

Jimmy played 5 years with the saints (6 if you count last year). He left the Saints in 2014, but had he stayed until atleast Brees retired he would have played 6 more years with Brees.
For reference below are Graham’s, Kelce, and Gronk first 5 years in the NFL stats (Graham’s first five years were with the Saints)
Graham: 386 catches, 4,752 yards 51 TDs
Kelce: 410 catches 5,236 yards 32 TDs
Gronk: 308 catches 4,379 yards 54 TDs

The patella injury really derailed his career. But I'd say yes is he stayed healthy

He might of died as well. Love Drew but he abused JG sometimes with his throws into coverage lol

I don’t know what would have happened, but he certainly had the potential… speed for a TE. Hands and toughness.

He had SOME toughness, but he crumbled under really physical defenses……especially Seattle.

Did he have an ego problem?
If I remember he wanted to be franchised as a WR not a TE due to his very high usage rate out wide and in the slot and we then traded him.

Water is wet. If you’re basing it on yards and touchdowns he’s already a top 10 tight end all time.

He apparently got paid and still complained in the locker room that he should have been paid a wr pay. The continued disgruntled attitude apparently was why csp and ml moved him

Jimmy took many bad head shots with those seam routes over the middle from Drews.
I remember watching him get clocked multiple times by Safeties.
Wondering if he would get back up.
But yeah. Top 5 TE of all time if he stayed easy.
