It wasn't hard for me to like the pick at all.

The last time a fomer QB was our head coach and picked his first QB it ended really really well lol

While I don't dislike it, these types of videos should be taken with a grain of salt. It's highly edited,

I liked that he's already working out with his teammates. Culture is a big part of success in team sports and I like that he didn't wait for mandatory workouts to get going. He hasn't even signed a contract yet.

What I thought at first as well.

Then I realized he knows he could keel over any day now due to his advanced age. He's in a hurry.

There is definitely way more excitement than there was on draft day. He has embraced the city and seems to be working his arse off. If he can put it together mentally on the field come the regular season we may have gotten a fricking steal

It’s May this happens every year regardless of who we pick. It will be euphoric all the time here until the bullets are live in September.

Are we sleeping on Bub Means as our big body receiver?

He’s a jag at best. Most likely a bench guy or special teamer

his issue is panicing under pressure. I hope Moore can fix it

He was bad under pressure. I don't know why you got downvoted.

If he can fix this he has a chance with his arm and accuracy.

This is the reason he slipped to 40. For some teams toughness is top thing they look for at QB.

Toughness. In the NFL.
Except for maybe punter, holder or kicker when is this not very very important.
Who ask for a player who is not tough?

Dude is physically ready and good enough to get the ball to the guys accurately and on time on the short and middle stuff. And we’ve seen the videos of him hitting his main guy on long balls in school.

If he can do that regularly right away then shyt’s goona be sweet on offense.

Coach seems like the type that goes with the unit’s’ strengths and not all stubborn, stale and whatnot.

I feel like it’s gonna be a good thing on offense. That way we can give the defense a break again! ….when the defense is put back together

It’s wild how an absolute freak specimen of humanity and athleticism like Means is a borderline player in the nfl. They really are some of the craziest athletes in the world from a physical perspective.

Lol right?
People throw out "they suck why are they here" every minute. It's funny cause if it was easy everyone on the planet would be here getting paid. It's rarafied air. 53 times 32.
That's it out of what 8 billion people to make bank?
But it's why we love following sports. It's fun and safer than following our favorite army.

How much time have you spent with him off the field? How do you know what intangibles he has?

For the record, I’m rooting for him and like the pick, I’m just curious as to how you arrived at your conclusion
