Is it legal or even ethical for Tom Benson to leave in his will that Dennis lauscha or mickey Loomis can't be fired?

Legally he can put it there (doubt he said anything close to that, maybe listed then as people to trust), but once Gayle took ownership that order would have no standing. Now, if he put it there she could keep them around to respect his wishes, but she has no legal obligation
Not an attorney, just experience having this broken down like I’m 5 when I bought my company with partial owner financing (I was still 100% owner) and they insisted on a clause that I couldn’t give myself a raise or take a distribution until his load was paid.

Loomis went into DA’s office and told him behind closed doors that the decision to fire him was not his.

That in itself should have gotten him a pink slip.

Might have been Lauschca.and Bensel. The Saints have people that monitor Social Media-I know one of them. They also have people who attemp to manipulate public opinion and control the dialogue(See Saints Report). They were very aware the public was disgusted with DA..

This was the worst kept secret in the league at the time.
Everyone knew this, and everyone reported that Loomis would have preferred to keep Allen until the end of the season

Is Dennis Allen on any teams wish-list for HC or even a interview. Kinda sad.

I question anyone who is pumping this shite sandwich of a franchise as a paid troll influencer by the Saints.
Sell the team and if you are a season ticket holder cancel the tickets.

That's not what his will says.
It names them as limited executors in the event Gayle dies and spells out how they are to handle the sale of the team(s).
They would legally still retain that function regardless of their employment though neither will be outright fired. Reassigned maybe. It also does not prevent Gayle from selling the team prior to her death. Though that is unlikely due to other circumstances.
Allegedly.

And she would legally be allowed to change the limited executors, if she so desires.

Without naming them, do you know how many they have on this board?
I am sure High Life & Rohan Gravy are 2 of them

We know that it was Gayle’s decision.

Probably not but it's not because he is a bad coach. The reality is that DA is one of the top Def. Coordinators in the NFL and there are no stats that can refute that claim. Also, somehow DA had the saints clocking and kicking some serious butts on the field coming out of training camp and before injuries started mounting up.
So, as I look at DA as a coach, my belief is that he a really good candidate with a strong team but his weakness is having to rally his team around adversity. My guess is that DA's coaching personality is to have structure and perfection. Not an excuse or rah rah all the time guy but a guy that expects players to perform as he sees they should perform. It's this, dry, perfection personality that does not handle adversity in a way that players will rally behind.
I think DA was given a no win situations. I think Loomis oversold or flat out lied about being able to have the cap resolved so it did not impede the competitiveness of the team. But, I also think DA would have taken the HC job even if he was fully informed the shet show the cap hell situation was going to put them in, because you just don't pass up a 1/32 job opportunity that will financially set your family.

But you did fail, and failed miserably this last year.

Holy shite. This is deep delusion. Allen is top 5 worst winning percentage in NFL history and been canned now twice and feels the businesses just wanted to go in a new direction.
Loomis should’ve picked up on this mindset long before he was hired as HC.

Should not be for HC but he’s a pretty good DC
Loomis on the other hand is trash at his job in every way. For some reason GMs have way more room for error. See the Jags GM as another example

Loomis running headless without Payton is reminding me of the Detroit Lions when Matt Millen was running their show as GM. Absolute rudderless with no real hope or direction. I do not think Payton was the key to Loomis previous success but at least Payton had some credibility to look over Loomis shoulder and question his decisions. Now, it appears there is no one to question his decisions which leads me back to my original point that Loomis = Millen and that disaster of time for Detroit.

Yeah whatever patience I still had left for Loomis is gone. Even if we have to sacrifice the next coach, I want him out as far as being the one making the decisions on coaching, player personnel, all of it. Move him up, do whatever you have to do

Oh no, I can’t go with that one. DA was the HC at two different teams and had similar horrible results. Has he been a good dc at times? Yes but hardly unbeatable.
I think he’s had his shots and shown he is not up to the task. No one is giving him another hc position after this debacle. He never should have had another chance after his Raiders flame out, but Smackin’ Mickey got his way. Not going to happen a third time, and if it does, the results are quite predictable.

can we get a go fund me for a billboard to shame him close to the airline facility. It just needs to be up for a few days to get enough press for Gayle to maybe care about it.
