Bust that you were sure would be great?

Stealing this from Saints Happy hour Podcast but it's a good question:
Who did the saints draft that you were sure would be a stud and they turned out to be a complete bust?
My Answer: Haouli Kikaha. I was 100% convinced that he would be lethal off the edge and he never amounted to anything.
Honorable Mention: Martez Wilson (I think that was his name). Super athlete LBer from illinois I think. Never played any meaningful snaps.
What say you?

Did you think he'd be good? I was like 12 when we drafted him so all I remember is how much he sucked. No idea if people thought he'd be good or not.

I think Ellis was more of a quitter than a bust. He got paid and never tried to be good again.

Yeah OK, but busts come in all shapes and sizes as far as I'm concerned. Not just dudes who can't perform but dudes who won't perform for one reason or another. You could probably say the same about Ricky Williams.

I disagree. 3rd rounders have lower expectations than 1st rounders but they can definitely be a bust.
Examples: Martez Wilson is a bust cuz he never played any meaningful snaps as a saint and he was hyped because he was 6'4 250 and ran a 4.4.
PJ Williams is not a bust because he has played a meaningful role for the saints.
No one expects 3rd rounders to be Alvin Kamara but I at least expect them to contribute to the team.
