The fact that a qb can draw a penalty by ducking his head while bracing for impact is absolutely bullshite. It's impossible to play defense in the league now.

That one was the right call, but was a result of the previous one. White lowered his hit in the previous one and because Lewis tried to crumble, he got called for the penalty. Instead, he assumed he'd drop down again, and he didn't this time and it's a penalty.
Refs really have to start using judgement as to whether an action by the QB has caused the contact to occur, and not just call it every time they see a head hit.

You're not allowed to go low at a QB, that's a penalty too.
It shouldn't matter though, Lewis is ducking and falling backwards everytime we are rushing him hard. He's the one who's "caused" both of the helmet to helmet hits.
