Next Year. Honestly, I wonder if Lance would be attainable in a trade. Might be worth a shot. He’s definitely talented and it’s much too early to close the book on him.

And people here were laughing at taking him in the offseason when he was available.

There’s a reason no one traded for him as a one year rental

“Taking him” entailed trading draft picks and inheriting a big cap number for 2022. Not to mention the shoulder surgery in March where he couldn’t throw for 4 months

You could just sign him in the off-season if you wanted him

Its crazy to me that Packers were offered the #3 pick for Rodgers and said no.

quote:

49ers offered the Green Bay Packers a hefty package for 2020 MVP Aaron Rodgers. The deal included the No. 3 overall selection in 2021, additional draft picks and multiple players from their current roster, including Jimmy Garoppolo.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Packers turned the 49ers down, according to multiple reports.

Jets will be on the hunt for something. They'll have options. Do they go after a Jimmy G. or an Andy D. or a Jacoby B. or a Jameis W. or Tyrod T. It'll be fun to watch boys.

I don't understand what the fascination with Lance is. Seems to be all sizzle no steak. For whatever reason he is the "next Patrick Mahommes" and I just don't see it.

saints arent letting dalton go anywhere, they will sign him to a long term contract, because he is the QB for our future for now. but they will try to draft a QB to bring in and see if they can find a decent one

i havent seen him play, but the 9ers may be thinking he isnt what they thought he was, since they dont seem to be acting like they need to get him back anytime soon

did lance have a season ending injury or something else he can still play again this year?

People lost their minds when I suggested Jimmy G was the best option.

Shanahan makes his qbs look better than they are. When things go off script and he adlibs, you see the terribleness shine through. Or if they get behind in games, he cant lead them back. He is no better than jameis

First, kill me.

Secondly, why don’t we let the season play out a bit. Dalton just had one good game, that’s it. I’m expecting plenty of stinkers to come, and I bet Jameis gets some starts before the season is over. I don’t think Andy will ever sniff a long-term contract from anyone ever again.

Jimmy G is league-average, at best. He is surrounded by amazing weapons on a well-designed offense. He's no better than Andy Dalton.

Imagine comparing a qb that has an almost 70% winning percentage, that started in a super bowl one year and a championship game another to a qb that has never made a playoff game and lost his job to Andy Dalton lmao. Say no to drugs

Jimmy G lost his job to a guy who barely played in college, nonetheless the NFL.
