Honestly, what is the point of playing him?

He has contributed absolutely nothing outside of a flagrant 2 this series

He gives up the worst fouls on defense.

I've never seen a player just run into more people.

I don’t even know what the point is of playing Jax outside of 7-8 minutes a game. Nance is a better player.

I disagree. He played some pretty good defense, helped balance rest for our centers, and had some really good off ball movement that freed people up. I actually thought he played really well in the third

On the bright side...having zion back next season will solve our biggest and only hole in the starting 5.

he um...runs the floor? that's all I got.

He provides no spacing on offense. He doesn't set good screens, he doesn't rebound that well for his size, and he gets the ball ripped out of his hands way too easily.

He is still very young and very raw and this is a good learning moment for him but man I don't see any positives having him out there.

There is no point, our coach just refuses to adjust, or at least do it in a timely manner. He’s young though, so thankfully he can still break bad habits.

For every good play Jax makes he follows it up with 2-3 bad ones.

In a perfect world he’s getting some minutes in the regular season but doesn’t see the floor in the playoffs.

He’s gonna have to take a major leap in maturity and bball IQ to become a contributor on a contender and idk how likely that is.

There are a ton of adjustments they’ve made. Judging adjustments by the starting lineup is missing the forest for the trees.

Trey still gives you length out there and he also give you a 3 point option if you are going to just park the 4 in the corner like you have been doing with Jax.

Getting Zion back, a top pick and packaging Graham and Hayes for a good veteran would be ideal. Team could still use a pass first PG.

He put up some good minutes early in the 3rd, and was doing a good job attacking the paint. Last night may have been his best game of the entire play-in/playoffs.

Which veteran fits with this?

And he was still a -12 in his 16 minutes on the floor.

At least, when Zion returns, there’ll be no concern over who he replaces in starting lineup. CJ, Herb, BI, Zion and JV sounds dang good.
