By the end of the tournament, we'll have no one left to draft.

not many teams in the NBA that do full court press, to be fair. he was 3-1 assist-turnover ratio during the regular season.
everyone has to find a flaw, though

Burke definitely seems like the logical choice.

I definitely wouldn't mind us getting Burke. He was one of my top choices when I thought PG was one of our top needs. With the emergence of Vasquez, PG isn't as big of a need as it was. But I'd still love to get Burke.

Seriously? I'm not saying Vasquez is the answer. But we have much bigger concerns than PG right now. Vasquez is at least serviceable. Aminu and Lopez should not be starting. Those are much bigger needs. If Burke is the BPA when we're picking, then I'd love to get him. But PG isn't a top need of ours. A decent wing player is by far our biggest need.

I see there is a lot of love for Trey Burke out there in Hornets land. Don't wanna be a Debbie Downer, but there is 0% chance Dell takes him

Hornets want to pressure the ball at the point of attack. Burke is an average athlete that will be a liability on D in NBA

Yeah, if they get CP3 but I still doubt that is happening and I really dont love Teague anyway. Would rather go after Bledsoe

I am willing to put my money where my mouth is. Wanna bet? I'll throw in Anthony Bennett too - 0% chance. Let's do this!

Per my Burke tweet: Hornets want to pressure the ball at the point of attack. Burke doesn't provide that any more than Vasquez does

Demps says no thank you

Is he reading our board?
And I still don't understand his obsession for Bledsoe

Bledsoe isnt any better than Burke

That's a little premature. We don't even know if Burke can hold his own in the NBA. Not only is he short,he's a twig too. Bledsoe can at least hold his own in the NBA. He can score, assist, Rebs pretty good for a PG and is a stud on D. If Bledsoe was on a team where he was the starter, he would be a top 15 PG. I think he's better than Mike Conley and Jeff Teague.
And I like Trey Burke a lot. But I don't value him as top 5. And confiding our needs, we need a 3 or 5. I agree Grevias isn't a star and his ceiling isn't that high, but he's at least a starter. Aminu and Lopez aren't. And if we want a PG, I would rather take a guy like Shane Larkin in the late 1st or early 2nd than waste a top 7 pick on Trey Burke. I don't think Burke is any better than Larkin, and they are very similar type players.

This i have yet to understand the obsession over the point guard position. Maybe its because Vasquez is nowhere near CP3's level that we are desperately trying to find someone to replace him. That's not necessary. We could use serious improvement in 4 positions now, the 1,2,3,5. But the 3 and 5 is a lil more important. There is no absolute superstar that just sticks out to me right now. So im all for getting the best player available whichever position that may be

the obsession is that the pg is the only person on the court who can make every one else better. no other position consistantly does that. even make below average players seem better. he helps those who cant help themselves
cp3 is the best at it and nash before him. you'll see how garbage the clips are when cp3 leaves. without a good pg, you are left chasing "stars" and trying to create "big threes" and shite like that. replace gravy with nash in his prime or cp3 and we are only a couple of games behind this years clips.

What about CJ McCollum? PG from Lehigh. Stud that broke his ankle earlier this season. Big time player IMO.
