There goes Andre Drummond to the Knicks. We need to get off our asses and find a backup center. WTF is Joe doing? Someone get him away from the buffet table.

Haha that’s funny. It’s a good look as a backup big for the Knicks.

More and more I look at it the more and more I like the idea of Cleveland as a trade partner...and if I'm Cleveland I'd feel the same

Murphy & Matkovic for Allen, Merrill, 3 1sts, 2 swaps benefits both teams greatly

Imagine a lineup of:

Harden
Spida
Trey
LeBron
Mobley

Yup you could probably do a Trey for Allen + 1st round pick + 1st round pick swap, and I'm sure it could get done. The salaries match up pretty well and both teams would benefit. The only problem I see is the Pels lose even more shooting with this trade, so maybe you try to get Cleveland to throw in a Jaylon Tyson into the package.

I would 100% take one of those 2030s 1st round picks, as the Cavs are going all in, and their team would be full of overpaid max guys and 40 yos, and they won't have too many ways to improve themselves once LeBron is gone.

Just trade Herb for Allen straight up at that point.

The Giannis trade is still open. The Pelicans and Bucks have been very quiet. We were rumored to like Herro a lot in Miami, we have been rumored to like Turner for 80 years now.

Everyone saying we won't do anything but we have heard no trade talks on the most likely players to end up here. When Bucks trade Herro/ Turner somewhere else I'll believe we plan to make minimum upgrades.

We have pretty strong relationships with Hawks, Wizards, Bucks, Pistons, and Pacers. Wouldn't be suprsied to see trades processed through those teams.

Kings have released Demar DeRozan, not that he would ever come play here.
He's a FA now. He only had $10M guaranteed for this year

I'm bored at work so I came up with this 5-team trade. Who says no?

Pels get:

Daniel Gafford, Moses Moody

Pistons get:

Naji Marshall, KCP

Grizzlies get:

Isaiah Stewart, AJ Johnson, Quinten Post (S&T)

Mavs get:

Jordan Poole, Karlo Matkovic, Santi Aldama, Tarik Biberovic

Warriors get:

Ron Holland, Klay Thompson

Plus various picks that get sent around

Actually, I think he's a better version of BI. Not as soft.

Trade hasn't been finalized, so I'm building off that deal and the offer sheet Post signed with the Grizzlies to role into one big deal. It's already been reported, or at least I think it has, that the Pistons, Grizzlies, and others may role into a bigger deal to move Stewart and Aldama.

Herb better go for more than two late firsts.

Detroit owns their own picks and a 2026 swap with Minny. None of those sound appealing without a young player coming back.

If you do the trade you get picks and 14.8 million in freed up money, along with a TPE.

You could sign Kuminga and a center, while getting picks. That would be a win for us.
