I'd be afraid Draymond would get himself killed in New Orleans.

Still not as bad, though, as that time two years ago when brmark repeatedly suggested that we acquire Russell Westbrook.

What are my other ones? My thinking is that we need someone with leadership who will not let shite slide. Maybe there are better alternatives out there I just don’t think we can get them because they will be too expensive or the team won’t trade them. Bam is my perfect fit for this team but unfortunately they did too well in the playoffs. There are glaring problems with this team that Green can fix. 1 we are WAY too passive on the refs as a team and coaching staff. 2 we don’t have a Draymond, Jimmy Butler, KG guy and it shows. A team full of nice guys never have and never will win a ship. 3 we need a guy who isn’t a one trick pony with stone feet. The only advantage JV has over Green is interior scoring. We have that handled with Zion and Greens passing will more than make up for that. So we trade that off for better passing, switchabliity, leadership, defense and intangibles. Yea he makes 27 mil but for 1 more year so if it doesn’t work out we have cap space to get another big piece or resign TM/Herb. I’m sick of the same shite every year and getting the same results. If Green can’t get Zion to be a professional then just trade him.

Ok why then?

Because he knocked a teammate out, he constantly loses his cool and gets technicals. Constantly taunting opposing teams fans.

Mind you none of this would matter if he produced, but he’s not a threat offensively. At best he gives you good defense and rebounds and even that is lacking as Father Time catches up.

Incredible amount of downside and virtually 0 upside.

My thoughts would be finding a new team to follow. Draymond is not worth the headache. His production doesn’t match his mouth

It would be fun just to see Draymond try to punch Zion & get leveled.

Stuff his arse in a suitcase & send him back to California

Zion’s maturity is going to have to come from himself and/or his inner circle, who sadly seem like controlling enablers.

That's not necessarily true. You might need a vet to come in and make him realize he has to change. Worked for Charles Barkley and countless other players.

I can’t stand Draymond. My most disliked player in the NBA. It would probably put my Pels fan status at risk.

And the Pels have Larry and CJ. You're not going to find a better candidate than CJ. He's the one that got Zion back in the fold from Portland. But no matter what CJ tells Zion or how much he challenges Zion, Zion is the one that's going to have to put in the work to change his body and embrace his potential.

I’m not a big upvote downvote guy, but OP look at your downvotes and realize that no one wants that pile of crap on this team.

I don’t want what he brings on the court most importantly, or off it.

Draymond would never.

Not so much if the Pels would ever want.

1 don’t care 2 board is dead. 3 moves to improve the team will have to be from thinking outside the box. Everyone knows the players that would make us contenders. Problem is they don’t want to be here or the team won’t trade them to us even with a kings ransom. 4 this board is full of emotional lesbians who would rather lose their way than win with a player or 2 they don’t like. Seriously if LeBron/KD/Luka somehow said they want to play here the majority of y’all would find a way to complain and/ say you don’t want them

Just spitballing here but we definitely need a veteran player who is the player we love but everyone else hates.

There is no world in which I could grow to love Draymond Green. I want nothing but bad things to happen to him and want him no where near our team.

Definitely don't need a guy that would clock Dyson Daniels in the face for calling him out on something or stomping on a guy in the playoffs and ruin anything good we had going. That dude is absolutely nothing without Steph and Klay. Put him on our roster and he's even more useless.

I cannot dislike this idea enough.
