Good deal for Denver.

Nothing about the Pels in that that I could see, just saving everyone the time.

Yeah it’s pretty much league wide news on a lot of expected things come the open of free agency though.

Word starting to circle around NBA front offices of a potential increase in the 2022-23 salary cap. Multiple teams have indicated the cap could raise as high as 10%, from a projected $122 million.

The NBA's salary cap for the 2022-23 season is projected to come in at roughly $123.6 million, sources told ESPN. That is an $11.6 million increase from last year's salary cap figure of $112 million.

nvm, it's just a few extra million this year. Just more tax breathing room, not much functional room.

A bit of breathing room with the tax is pretty helpful even if it's not a ton.

@LegionHoopsRoss

The Suns have spoken to a handful of teams — including the Knicks, Heat, Cavs & Pelicans regarding a Jae Crowder trade, per league source

That would be funny

While he aggravated the piss out of everyone, I think most people were having fun with things. If he came and aggravated other teams along with Jose, I am sure we would love it.

He aggravates in the ways I have no respect for: ref whining, intentionally dirty play. He also thinks he's better than he is and that's a problem when he's a below average offensive player.

all of that.
I'd be irritated with a move for him.

$10m expiring contract.

Are the Suns looking to dump money to pay Ayton, get other pieces back, or something else?

And no I don’t want him. Only reason to get him would be so Jax can go full Bobby Portis and break his jaw in practice.

Spurs are apparently asking for four unprotected / lightly protected picks for Dejounte Murray.

It is a starting position they are unlikely to get but definitely seems like a Spurs move. They want a return like we got from LA or the Celtics / Rockets got from the Nets.

I would take him, but I think using Jax + Temple's salary could be potentially used in a better way.
