I think his point was that the first round pick should've been on the "out" section.

Not that I really care or go to preseason games, but why do we always have more road preseason games than home ones? Noticed its been this way for years now. Anyone?

Dumb question but what does this mean exactly? NO watches more nationally televised games in total than any market, or NO watches the Pels nationally televised games more than any other city watches their team?

Totally irrelevant either way- good to see a real basketball town top the list.

I believe it means that NO watches more basketball. I’ve heard that before. But that’s just a guess.

it does.
New Orleans has been a top 5 national TV viewing market for like a decade now. This is viewers of all nationally televised NBA games (TNT, ESPN, ABC, etc) not just pels games

NOLA is middle of the pack on local TV ratings but that’s pretty clearly due to the local carriers being terrible

Whenever I might be out and there is sports event on a TV, it's rarely the Pels. Perhaps due to Bally. Perhaps the perception has now changed...need a good start to the season, something rarely seen

I was at a sports bar eating with the wife. They had women's softball and little league baseball on every TV and not a single one on the Pels game. When I asked about it they put the game on a SINGLE TV, they had probably 40 TV's in the bar area. After a while a few people were paying attention to the game but they never changed any more to the game. If people are exposed to the Pels, they will watch it, problem is most people don't even know when games are coming up.

marketing companies measure viewership. however they do that new orleans is #1 per metric. looks like sf and memphis are into nba too.
no surprise really.
the 4 time champs and Temetrius Ja-something Morant. I think he should go with Temetrius now.

I agree. I’m not sure what exactly I’m agreeing to, but I agree.

mlb must use computers for balls and strikes.
nba should call carry and palm way more and when they do Jose Alvarado will be a major factor in open court defense. maybe kira too.
there's only God.
love more deeply and freely.

Another day, another day Dejounte Murray is randomly losing his mind on the internet.

I think we will continue to see a lot of this now that he has exited the Spurs bubble. He was tricking 99% of people to think he was sane the last few years, but the signs have always been there. Homie is straight leaking oil now.

The fit with Trae is nice, but I don’t think you can win big with Dejounte Murray being a key cog in your organization.

I think its about the Pro-AM game where he made paolo look stupid, then looked like intense trash talk.

Paolo then posted on IG after Murray unfollowed him. Then Murray posted on IG stories and went off

Analysis The Return Of The West's Sleeping Giants
denver and LAC
denver gets murray & MPJ back, plus they swapped out morris & varton for KCP and brown

LAC gets PG and kawhi back plus full seasons of RoCo and Powell.

would not be a surprise if these two are in the top 4

Still suspect LAC will finish lower in the standings than people expect because PG and Kawhi almost certainly play less than 65 games, even if mostly healthy.

Denver I could see as high as the 1 seed though.

Denver has a ton of talent but has had a lot of injuries and Jokic isn’t exactly known for his defense.

I could see them being a high seed then possibly getting exposed in the playoffs similar to Utah has with Gobert being an offensive liability during that time.
