pick two to return:

elfrid payton
christian wood
jahlil okafor
kenrich williams
frank jackson
dairis bertans
darius miller

assume that cap space and/or the room exception is available

i'd select payton (RLE) and wood (guarantee his min salary)

Yes and no. He’s guaranteed 50k but doesn’t become fully guaranteed until January. Most likely he’s here all next year

just stupid to pick two at this point not knowing what attractive FA's we bring in and certain positional spots to offset needs.

Kenrich and Okafor. I'd be upset if Kenrich isn't back.

Thanks.

Didn't realize it took that long for the contract to be guaranteed after the option was picked up.

Wood and Kenny Hustle. I love Elf but it's a lot cheaper to replace his skillset than it is someone like Kenrich. Christian Wood is the truth.

that's why i said pick two.
these should be players you want regardless

otherwise there's plenty of other guys out there that can fill a role at the minimum

Kenny Hustle is the heart and soul of this team. He isn't going anywhere.

Kenrich is already a lock though right?

I'd be sad to see Darius go.

Yea I cant imagine Griff cutting Kenny Hustle after what Gentry said about him last season.

I'll go with Frank and Wood. I'm still a believer in Frank damnit.

Kenrich for his IQ and motor
Okafor because he can provide 6th Man level scoring

I feel this may be undervaluing Wood, he put up solid scoring at the end of the season, but I just didn't get to see him play.

I feel the Pels need a shooter instead of Elfrid. To me an interesting sub-question is if the Pels can't find a shooter they like in FA, which shooter do you keep around out of

Frank Jackson
Darius Miller
Bertans

I guess I go with Jackson. I don't expect much defense from any of these 3, but if he hits his ceiling Jackson at least can get to the rim in addition to hitting the 3.

I feel you have to pick Okafor and Kenny. They stepped up last year and played out of their minds. Wood is a close third for me.

okafor already back. So Imma say 3 Okafor, Frank, and christian wood. These picks strongly considered the money these guys will be making. I like elfrid but will cost the most for sure. rather try to get a shooter with the cap space than retain elfrid unless hes only like three million again like last year, but i dont expect that

I think there is a chance Williams, Okafor, and Wood are all on the roster. I think once we get another center Okafor would 100% be the most expendable. As far as future assests I think both Kenrich and Wood could be here for a few years and develop very well.

Jah is going to be here. They brought him to the VIP draft party and had him taking pictures with the sponsors and big supporters. Coach K is friends with Griff and Trajan and he loves Okafor: "Jah is one of the great kids ever. Ever, ever, ever, ever,"

Frank Jackson should also be around. He is the type of player Griff has been preaching about and has untapped upside. Jrue has been mentoring him, he's a Duke guy, and he is guaranteed $500k.
